Last ,but not least, I think it is a great laptop for the price. I used to have a dell, and decided to go with another because you can't beat the performance for the price. The main items provided by Inspiron 1545 are Intel Celeron Dual core, Windows Vista(home premium including media),15.6in widescreen and 2048MB memory. I especially like the wireless functions. It gave me more freedom when I moved from one room to another room.
Overall, fabulous laptop for enjoyable experience.

I bought this laptop on offer for £349 including a free upgrade to 4GB memory. The laptop looks very good. It is sleek and stylish. Also it has Windows vista which is very easy to use.There are 3 USB ports and it has a widescreen (15.6 inches). The sound quality is fantastic, can go up to a high volume level compared to other laptops and the image quality is very good to. Pictures and videos are very clear and the graphic quality is high also. The laptop is also vey lightweight and the wireless capabilitliy works very well. However, the processor intel celeron Dual- core has a speed of 1.8GHz which is a bit slow. Toady my laptop took 10 minuites to start up. Another disadvantage is that the price did not include a webcam. Furthermore, the laptops hard drive is only 160 GB.
The price is reasonable for what you are getting, however ...

Now here is what I really love! We've already had two mishaps with this computer (husband is bad to drop or spill), and it was repaired quickly in our home at no cost to us. The first problem took about a week for someone to come fix because a part was not in, and the second took about 5 days -- but we reported it just before the weekend, and when someone came out after 4 days a second problem had developed from the spill, so someone else had to come with a second part the next day.
