Advantages: lots of animals to see Disadvantages: paying full price in the winter
Winter time and the temp outside is at least -10, and I decided to go visit the zoo with some friends. The initial cost of the Zoo is $13(for adults)all year round, which is well priced although I did expect it to be reduced because as it turned out many of the exhibits weren't open to the public in the winter. The zoo is split into a number of different areas, over a vast amount of land.(lots of walking since the monorail doesn't work anymore)
... ...America, Australaisia, and America - animals from native bears, to wombats, kimodo dragons to the usual ones you expect to see at a zoo.
My favourite animals were the wombats in the Australaisia pavilion, the wolves and beavers in the Canadian habitat, and the tigers in the African pavilion.
The choice of food wasn't great but it was winter, either McDonalds or Pizza..The hot chocolate was a good option. In the summertime you also have a change ...

Advantages: Variaty and well organised Disadvantages: too spaced out!
Toronto ZOO is located in the Scarborough area of GTA (greater Toronto area). From downtown toronto it is quite easy to get to and takes about an hour using the tube then a bus to the ZOO itself. The entry is fairly well priced for the size of the ZOO.
A ride on the ZOOmobile is available for a small additional cost (7$) allowing you to easily get from one part to the next (the ticket is continuous so you can use it as many times as you wish). The ... ...animals from that continent. For example they have the African (where the lions are), the americas (grizzly bears) etc.
There is a fair bit of distance between these so a ticket on the zoomobile is highly recommended! There are food places scattered over the zoo, some which were closed during my visit. The food is fairly standard takeaway type and not overly priced.
The ZOO is built around a nature reserve so in parts of it widllife can be seen. ...

Advantages: canada's new york city Disadvantages: none
...) then the ROM will surely live up to your expectations. With foor flours, with fantastic exhibtions, North America's 2nd largest display of Dinasours and wildlife sections, this is defintley a great day trip and could even be a night out as the ROM has free admission after 5pm on a week day. Another of my favourites was TorontoZoo, it's the 3rd largest zoo in the world and has a fantastic collection of animals (however wrong that may sound). I loved the polar bears, they were just fantastic! I loved how the zoo was grouped by continents, so wherever animals are from in the world, they would be in that part of the zoo.
But my favourite attraction of all had to be Canada's Wonderland. Home to some fo the most thrilling rollercaoster in the world this theme park is lightyears ahead than anyine in Europe. It's Canada's premier theme park and features...

Advantages: A great city for kids Disadvantages: Can be very hot or very cold
..., with Playstations at every table, hooked up to huge monitors. TV overload is definitely the theme, with over 30 monitors showing cartoons spread throughout the restaurant. The menu of course caters to kids, with traditional deli favourites, especially the famous Shopsy hot dog. If you can possibly stand the sensory overload, your kids will love this place. Otherwise, there are several regular Shopsy’s Delis around town where you can sample the fare without the distractions.
CONCLUSION
There are plenty of other attractions for kids in and around Toronto, including an excellent zoo and the Wonderland theme park a few hours north. Toronto is not as good value as it used to be, but it is certainly a place where a family can holiday while keeping the kids amused and without breaking the bank....

Its all happening down at the zoo and its still happening a year later. This game as simple and repetitive as it first appears is actually one of the most addictive puzzlers I have ever played. Any how about the game.
