I will admit that this is somewhat of an odd thing to be on Ciao, but as I have recently made use of this particular centre (this week only in fact!) I thought that I would just like to share my own thoughts and views on it. Tothill (pronounced tot hill) Community Centre is situated in the St Judes area of Plymouth, which is about a mile or so away from the main city centre shopping area.
