Trailfinders have recently opened a branch in Cambridge (Bridge Street I think). I found them more than helpful. There were no queues the 3 times that I went, in stark contrast to STA down the road! They also had fares that the student travel agents seemed unable to obtain, which is surprising but worth knowing. Also you don't need to be a student to obtain these fares and it is well worth checking out. There is also a costa coffee shop on the same floor of Waterstones as Trailfinders, so there is somewhere to go and deliberate about your trip!
