We booked a dream holiday to Egypt with Trailfinders. They couldn't book us on the normal Nile Cruise they use, so used a 3rd party vendor. When we asked for a detailed itinerary, all we got was a copy of the initial itinerary we had received. We had to contact the 3rd party vendor ourselves to get the information we wanted. Our return flights home were changed by the airline, and we got a cryptic message about our flight back to the UK - into an airport which wasn't our home airport. We wasted hours of our last day sorting this out and all we got was a pathetic apology from Trailfinders staff. We expected the best when we booked with Trailfinders, at most we got mediocre.
