i have used travel city direct for 7 out of the 10 times i have been to florida and i cannot complain about my experience in any way they are by far the cheapest company you can book by either the internet or on the phone however i have always found the phone a much better option so that you can discuss your holiday itinery unlike other tour operators you are not stuck at one hotel for a week or two you can move about one of our holidays we stayed at three different hotels during the fortnight and unlike other british tour operators travel city charge you per room not per person per room .my only complaint is that i wish that they did one week holidays to florida as when we have only gone for a week we have had to use other companies and did not enjoy the experience especially the flight. whereas travel city flights particularly if you are prepared to pay for the sunshine first seats are exceptional they range from £250 to £350 depending when you book well worth the extra but expensive if travelling as a family to add onto your holiday costs i am using them again to go this christmas and have recommended them to several friends and relatives all of whom had no complaints. when we had a villa and there was confusion over the pool heating it was dealt with quickly in resort. the telephone sales staff are friendly and knolegeble about different areas and always ring you back which some other companies i have used didnt so i would recommed them

Hi and welcome to Ciao - good start but we need to know a bit more about Travel Direct. Do they have a website ? Can you book online ? Are they in the UK high street so that bookings can be made in person ? What sort of value for money do they offer in comparison to the competiton ? Lexy
