I had booked with Travel City Direct before reading reviews on other sites. After reading many many complaints I was very apprenhensive on my forthcoming holiday. 14 night for 8 people at Florida. However I can honestly say it was one of the best holidays I have had. Arrived at Sandford airport, no delays. Picked up car - lovely spacious had a little trouble finding accomodation but that was due to the fact my husband wouldn't take a little time in studying route - just jumped in and went. Key pad number provided for door to beautiful villa. Spotlessly clean plenty of towels, crockery etc. Brilliantly sized bedrooms. Very clean and safe jacuzzi and pool. At meeting following day rep helpful and informative. Only complaint - plane seats were very close to toilets and every so often horrendous smells!!!!!!***** Overall good service, no complaints.
