I booked a short break to Venice inc. flight, hotel & car parking at Gatwick.
I found it very easy to tailor my booking on their website and book what I wanted. Holiday went according to plan. My only small gripe is the information emailed to me regarding the long stay car park at Gatwick. Instructions said do not place ticket in exit barrier, see customer services or press button on exit for help to give booking reference. I did think it was strange as Gatwick offer number plate recognition but did as I was instructed and pressed the button for help. I was asked if I had tried putting my ticket in to exit, I said I was told not to and she said try it. I did, the barrier opened and I went out . Accurate instruction on this would have been very helpful.
