I travel extensively and expect a good standard of service from hotels and restaurants, as I have worked in retail and through my own beliefs I know what good customer service is all about.

Receptionist was extremely busy running the small bar, answering the telephone, answering queries and booking people in. However we had her full attention and a genuine smile, she helped us with local advice as we were staying to see a gig at the NIA.
The price was cheap and the room reflected this, however if you want a luxury hotel go elsewhere and pay extra. We were only requiring a bed for the night and brekfast in the morning, the room was extremely clean and presentable, crisp towels and fresh bedding. There was nothing we could complain about.
The breakfast was hot and the items cooked fresh with a wide selection of cereals and fresh juices and milk and hot sausage, bacon, baked beans and fresh mushrooms. You can't go wrong. The bread was not a sliced loaf, instead bakery-style, with croissants and preserves readily available.
Altogether a 10/10 experience, and the night staff were humerous and extra friendly too.
