Stayed at this Travelodge for one night & with a little luck I will never have to stay there again. Booked via their website which is very user friendly but when I turned up at 7.30pm they couldn't confirm if I would be lucky enough to receive their 'breakfast box' which is usually delivered to the room around 7.30am consisting of cereal, a stale crossiant, orange juice, butter & a plastic knife. The room was very basic, with worn sections of carpet & scuff marks on the wall & bathroom. This would be value for money if you paid around £20-£30 a night for a room but for £60 it is daylight robbery.
Advantages: ideal location, clean-ish, can check in any time Disadvantages: cramped room, uncomfortable

The rest of the room (bathroom) was clean, but there wasn't ...

Advantages: Convenient for motorway Disadvantages: Staff unhelpful, room very poor
...collect us. No restaurant at Travelodge - which was ok - but maybe this should be made clear when booking, in case people are hoping to have breakfast there. Harvester next door.
Travelodge sent me an email asking for feedback so I responded, but received no reply! ...
