...We arrived at 11am after we parked in the secure basement car park we got checked in immediately and given a room on the fourth floor. The girl on reception was lovely, vey nice and polite and had good customer service. The object of our trip was to visit to the Kew Gardens. The walk to Kew was about 20 minutes not to bad. It was very noticeable that few shops in the vicinity were open, for drinks/food. but there was little going on at all just the travelodge. Another little gripe about Travelodges is how noisy the doors are when they shut as people are coming in Having only paid £26 for the room i shouldnt grumble really as the price was good and the room was very good and comfortable. they even had child locks on the windows i couldnt believe it.... Advantages: Cheap when you know how ! Everything in one city

...great value hotel , myself and my sister wanted to go away for the weekend of shopping and relaxing , when we were looking for a hotel we came across this one and it seemed great , the price was just as we wanted , when we got there the staff were friendly , and the rooms were clean and had every thing we needed , anything else we needed we just had to ask and the staff would go out of their way to get it for us , so i would recommend this hotel , plus it has hotels around the world so if i need a one i won`t hesitate to use these ones well done travelodge , i have even passed the hotel name on to my husbands work and they think it is good value for their workers...
