I remember my time well staying at the travelodge in brighton.
It started when my friend said she was going to get married (in Brighton) during gay pride. So me and a few friends set off from our home town in plymouth to get to brighton on the friday night. Clutching a bottle of vodka in one hand and a travelcase in the other we entered the reception area of the travelodge. everyone being in high spirits seen as it was gay pride.
Well we checked in with one of us designated to staying hidden in the car for 1/2 an hour whilst the other two went up to the room. We came down stairs and collected the third person we had to sneek them in because the hotels had been fully booked for a while.
Well we unpacked and got ready for the night ahead. There were enough clean towels for us all to have a shower, the lights worked, the beds were made, and they had a selection of different teas and buiscuits next to the kettle. The bed was big enough to sleep three And we didnt hear any noise from anyone when we got in (early hours of the morning mind).
Well to sum it up the parking was free everything was clean, tidy and in its rightful place. Can't ask anymore from a tavelodge. Remember these are places to sleep not to get pampered in. you get what you paid for. As for me i will have fond memories of the time i spent at Brighton Travelodge (Ahhhhhhh)
