After Traveling around Australia for Months I have stayed in many hotels across the East Coast as you will discover in my Reviews. As more and more of us are traveling to Australia, I think its useful to see what are hotels we are assured of, are actually what we are getting after thousands of miles of traveling to our dream destination.
We booked The TravelodgeSydney because me and my partner thought its a reputable name, Travelodge all over the world.
Fine within the UK, not great but always comes up to standard.
We had four days in Sydney and booked here! what a mistake.
We arrived at the Hotel after traveling from Bribane 2-hours away.

The TravelodgeSydney is one of the best value 3 star hotels in Sydney City Centre.
Location
This hotel is perfectly located a stones throw away from the action; a mere block away from Oxford St where you will find funky cafes, restaurants, Sydney's best choice of late bars for the clubbers among you and great shopping.
Other nearby attractions

Sydney City Centre isn't really that big so you can get to any of these plus other major attractions by foot although the hotel reception was always happy to book us taxis when we went out at night (and all the cab drivers knew where the hotel was when we were trying to find our way back there after a night out on the champas ...
Advantages: Great location, clean and comfortable Disadvantages: some dangerous corners in the room and no bedside table or light on my side

LOCATION:
This is a 3 star hotel in the centre of Perth with 123 rooms (some of these are inter connecting for families) within walking distance of the Swan River or the Northridge shopping area with loads of restaurants and clubs. RESTAURANT:
The hotel itself has its own restaurant called ?Armada? with a bar which was partly inside and partly outside with umbrellas. It looked quite nice. Food was on a par with European prices; fish and chips (red snapper) with fresh salad was $19 Aus ...
