Advantages: Lightweight and nice color Disadvantages: Frame bends too easy during travel making it impossible to pull out the handle to use to pull it.
...I have gone on trips for many years. I bought a suitcase in 1996 that lasted me for 10 years. This year, in June, I purchased a pretty turqoise colored Travelpro WalkAbout Lite 26" ExpandableRollaBoardSuiter. I have taken it on a few vacations so far. Unfortunately, yesterday on my trip back from Phoenix to Sacramento, my baggage was damaged. First off, I couldn't pull the handle out to pull it. I thought possibly something was wedged and waited until I got home to check out the problem. It was after I removed everything out of the suitcase that I noticed the frame was bent. The handle cannot be pulled out. I also noticed a zipper pull was missing. I am very dissatisfied that this luggage didn't hold up during normal travel. It was in good shape when I gave it to baggage claim. I now have to go purchase another suitcase...

Advantages: Good attractions, very authentic Disadvantages: Queuing (like anywhere), lack of places to sit
...When we visited: 26th October 2007
We first thought about going into Dickens World at around lunchtime, however we there was a long queue. We found that by around 2pm the queue was much shorter - this is when we went in.
I was a bit worried about the pricing:
Adult: £12.50
Child (5-15) £7.50
OAP £10.50
-This had better be worth it!
Upon entering you walk quite a long staircase which as you climb becomes themed to the Dickens era. If you like you can have a photo taken here, we didn't but I'm sure it would cost you more than a few coppers to buy!
After this, you enter out into the Market Square. You can instantly see the attention to detail put into this place to make it seem like it was a regular scene back in Dickens' time. They have obviously spent a lot of money creating this place.
First thing we tried was the boat...

...Living quite close to Milton Keynes, I visit regularly. It is a very ‘happening’ place, with lots to do. The main attraction of Milton Keynes has to be its shopping centre, which is forever expanding. The shopping centre has just expanded again, so now it includes a Virgin megastore, and several other chain stores. Milton Keynes also has 2 cinemas in the centre that are in major competition with each other. They have also just finished building the snow dome, Xscape. This is the biggest indoor Ski slope, which also includes more nightclubs and more shops.
In all Milton Keynes has 4 McDonalds, which is quite enough thank you. Milton Keynes also attracts quite a few of the skate boarders and BMX riders; this is because of the long straights with Business offices situated on them. The train station is about a 15-minute walk...
