Advantages: Central location, excellent room, decent facilities Disadvantages: Plumbing system seems a little old and occasionally unreliable
as several pay TV movies. These channels were fine, with a lot of films, comedies and dramas on. The cabinet contained an All Blacks DVD player and a pay movies box.
To the rear of all this was the living area, which comprised of a green striped sofa and two green easy chairs on either side of it, all of which were very comfortable. In the corner, to the left of the sofa was a floor standing light. In the middle of the seating was a oblong black wooden coffee table, with a couple of big guide books about Auckland and New Zealand.
The bedroom area was plush, with a big comfy bed with a green cover, a big green pillow thing (big and wide whatever it is!) and a small green round pillow, along with the usual white pillows. We kept on leaving these green pillows on the floor and they took the hint and packed them away, which I thought was ...

INTRODUCTION
Why go to 1 restaurant when you can go to 20? Food Alley provides such possibilities in the centre of Auckland. The concept of food halls seems to be one that is very popular in New Zealand; various stalls of different genres of food mingling in a hall with seating shared by all of them. Advantages: Great place to see views of city Disadvantages: It is a city and New Zealand is so much more beautiful to go rural
General over view:
Auckland was my first destination when I arrived in New Zealand, traveling into the city and seeing the Sky Tower for the first time was really cool, I remember thinking I made it! I am really here!! The City is big but easy to get around using the tram system they have in place. It is a very clean and friendly city, if you don't have long I would recommend a couple of days here.
The Sky Tower is the main thing to see and do and is a great place to get great views, I also recommend taking a ferry trip to one of the near by islands. A great hint and tip for you is to take the Stray Bus free city tour, this was great to see what Auckland has to offer you, and you can book onto the tour through your hostel. They pick you up from the hostel and first take you to the Sky Tower, here they will ask if anyone wants to ...
