Trek America has contacted me today to object to the content of this review, as they feel it did not present an accurate reflection of their service provided. Whilst I hoped to provide a fair assessment of events, I would regret any offence I have caused to Trek America or its employees, agents, representatives etc..
We did manage to settle matters between us, as pointed out in the review. As pointed out in the review, the manager with whom I ultimately dealt was helpful. I would now stress this point further. Hopefully, other customers would have a more pleasant user-experience in future, though I myself would never use this company in the future. As a courtesy to Trek America, I have removed the review.
