Tri Yaan Na Ros Colonial House, Chiang Mai

This guest house, tucked away in a side street in the Wua Lai area looks very stylish indeed but I have to say I was unimpressed.

My room looked great but the air conditioning had not been switched on and it took ages to cool the room to a bearable level. So much so I literally had to have a cool shower before going out again.

At night my mosquito nets were somewhat inefficent and I had a load of insects biting me while ...
...To explain- the ceiling of my room was maybe 15 feet high and I woke up in the night to nearly jump out of my skin at a bird flying time and time again at the small window in the apex of the roof trying to get out.
The young girl on reception didn't seem too bothered about it next morning and I left without the problem being resolved.
