We paid £844 each for two adults + £292 for one child.
Our first visit to Cyprus

We flew with Eurocypria on the 10.10pm out of Gatwick arriving at Larnaca in the small hours. There was no in flight entertainment at all so don't forget your Walkman or a large paperback. The journey was a bit of a trial, fortunately our five year old slept on the plane which made life a bit easier. The final transfer from the airport to the hotel seemed to take ages, dropping off at about four hotels before finally arriving at the TsokkosGardens at about 6 am local time.

was nearing completion. Down a small road with a pub with a truely english name - Only Fools and Horses bar mmmmm classy.
First impression count with me and I was not to be dissappointed - the short but sweeping drive and entrance to the hotel was very Grand. A pale peachy coloured building with automatic glass doors and the sigh ANASTASIA BEACH HOTEL ****. Part of the Tsokkos group, there are a number of sister hotels in the Protaras area. The hotel offers traditional hospitable service, combined with the peaceful atmosphere and an ideal location, this hotel provides an excellent combination for a relaxing holiday. The hotel is conveniently located between the Protaras and Pernera areas, with its 190 rooms spread over 4 floors.

We have just returned from our honeymoon in Cyprus. We stayed at the Capo Bay Hotel, which stands on the Fig Tree Bay in the resort of Protaras. It is one hours drive from Larnaca Airport.
(I will reveiw Protaras as a resort separately. This review is solely on the Capo Bay Hotel).
The hotel was fantastic. It is 4star hotel and the service and facilities are great. The Capo Bay hotel has 225 rooms
over 4 floors and was built in 1985. It offers a gymnasium with massage and jacuzzi, tennis, scuba diving, pool, 2 swimming pools (1 heated) and 4 different restaurants to eat in, including 1 beside the pool.
We paid £1500 for two weeks Bed & Breakfast. This was for an inland view room, but because we were on our honeymoon, we were upgraded to a seaview room. We overlooked the swimming pool and had an excellent view ...
