Hi there, I hope this review is of use to you. Please do leave a rating at the end of the review and any feedback you may have.
I stayed in this hotel for a weekend and thought I would share my views -
**********LOCATION********* This hotel is in a great location. It only took us about 5 minutes to walk to the main shopping area and about 10 minute walk from Glasgow Central Railway station. The transfer from the aiport only took us 10 mins and cost us £6.29 return with Citylink Buses.
**********COST*********** We thought it was brilliant value for money at only £60 per room per night.
***********ROOMS*********** This hotel is a newly built modern property. Our room was lovely and spacious with a fantastic power shower, modem points, free wifi, satellite tv, iron and ironing board and tea/coffee making facilities. The bed was very comfortable with a double bed and a double sofa bed. A point I must make was that the hair dryer was suprisingly powerful and hot!!!! There was also a telephone and a very trouser press.
************FACILITIES************** Although we didn't need to use it , there is free parking at the hotel.
************FOOD*************** SUPERB !!! The breakfast was fantastic. You could have a full Scottish breakfast PLUS pastries, fruit and much more. We ate in the hotels 'Bibo Bar & Restaurant' for breakfast. They also do evening meals, although we didn't avail of this as we went into the centre each night.
************OVERALL*********** We absolutely loved this hotel. It would really suit anyone, from the ordinary shopper to the business person. The thing I must say that you need to leave a credit card as a deposit. If you don't have a credit card then they will take a refundable deposit of 30.00 per person.
