Within a couple of minutes of the hotel is a golf driving range and a modern leisure centre (discounts available to guests).Some rooms at Premier Inn can take 2 adults and up to 2 children (under 16 years). The 2 children also get a free full breakfast when accompanied by an adult eating a full breakfast. The full all-you-can-eat breakfast has the expected cooked items, including vegetarian sausages, as well as a wide continental selection.

There was no conceirage at the hotel waiting to take your bags or even give you a hand on the way in, as there is at many hotels, but we didnt really expect this.
... ...and so was the bar, which is right at the front of the hotel next to reception. The positioning of the bar seems to cause problems at the hotel when busy.
Anyway the receptionist was great and the check in was very fast!
When we arrived in the room we were pleasantly surprised, the room is quite big and the bed was huge and very comfy! All the usual extras were there, television, coffee and tea making facilities. more

When we arrived at reception the hotel was very busy and so was the bar, which is right at the front of the hotel next to reception. The positioning of the bar seems to cause problems at the hotel when busy.

The view from the room was also excellent, right across to the Trafford Centre which is only over the road (Ideal for you shopaholics).
The bathroom area was also very good, and the shower was fantastic! Sink and wash area was just outside the bathroom, which was also strange but doesnt really bother you.
The bar area is also very nice in the hotel, with loads of seats and couches spread out. Although the pricing of the drinks was awful, I understand hotels usually charge more, but we paid just over £9 for two glasses of lemonade and a water!
The location of the hotel is good, as mentioned earlier right opposite the trafford centre and aslo bus stops all over the place outside the hotel.
The hotel is around 4/5 miles from Old Trafford and Lancashire Cricket Ground.
If you were going out of the hotel in your car, you were provided with a small token which would allow you to get out and back in. These were available to take whenever you needed them in a bowl on the reception desk.
We did not see a maid around for the night and day we stayed in the hotel but it seemed to be kept very clean.
The hotel also ran a shuttle bus to the Concert, which I thought was excellent, costing £3 each.
Check out was a bit slow but this was understandable as there were many guests both checking in and out at the time!
Overall I think the hotel was very good, we paid approximately £90 for one night which is average price for this standard of hotel. The only downfall for me was the bar prices, which you can expect from a lot of hotels!
