Advantages: Cheaper than staying in The Strip, free shuttle bus there Disadvantages: It is not in the strip
...We (me and my husband) stayed at the Goald Coast hotel for four nights in March 06. I think we it was about $60 per night for the double room without breakfast. The room was quite big with new and adequate furniture. The toilet was small but functional and was spotless. The people at the reception desk wern't particularly friendly but the rest of the staff at the hotelcasino and shopes were. It is situated just off the Strip (about 15min walking to Ceasars hotel) but there is a relatively frequent free shuttle bus that take you to other sisters hotels (Orleans is one of them). The casino area downstairs was a bit rundown but lively. It was a good base to explore Las Vegas and quite cheap....

Advantages: Superb Facilities, Excellent Price, Lions on show! Disadvantages: None.
...Las Vegas is synonymous with many things including opulence, splendour, outrageous facilities and everything "larger than life". Price, is one thing that is usually not associated with Las Vegas, however. Nevertheless, the MGM Grand Casino can now finally put that expensive reputation to rest.
The MGM Grand is officially the second largest hotel in the world and offers superb facilitied, excellent sized rooms with superb levels of cleanliness and very helpful staff. The Casino itself is wonderful, as expected along with a vast array of restaurants with many resident super chefs.
Along with all this you have the added bonus of an area where you can see real life lions who are in fact descendents of the original MGM lions!
Overall a superb hotel and a superb experience.
Highly recomended....

Advantages: Lots of casinos Disadvantages: Too expensive
...When you first visit Las Vegas it's like entering another world, especially if you like to gamble. All the casinos are free and open 24 hours a day!! The usual games are avaliable- roulette, poker, one-armed bandits and blabckjack.
Although there are lots of casinos, I went to the MGM Grand which is now more like a theme park in Florida than just a casino. The strip is the place to be and has the most glamorous casino-hotels but very expensive such as Caesar's palace which costs $1000 for 2 people, I stayed at the Las egas Independent Hostel which costed $10 per night.
Well worth a visit but bring lots of cash and let yourself go wild like everyone else does!!...

My impressions of this game when I saw it advertised on the internet was that it looked like a completely different type of game that I'm used to seeing for the DS.
