Another Pleasent Marriott Experience.

Advantages: Clean, Comfortable, affordable
Disadvantages: Not super luxurious, limited travel destinations in area

I recently had to attend a conference in Annapolis, which is near baltimore, which is about 45 minutes for Washington DC. The conference was being held in the Waterfront Marriott, and it seemed logical to stay in the same hotel, especially as i got a good rate of $146 per night. Advantages: good hotel, value for money, spacious rooms
Disadvantages: some of the rooms look a bit tired

Heartbreak Hotel , stay in downtown Memphis instead

Advantages: walking distance to Graceland,set back off noisy rd,free airport shuttle
Disadvantages: basic,shabby,breakfast very poor quality,noisy corridors,tiny bar area

We went in April 2009,stayed 3 nights, it looks fab on website,but it`s not.looks like a shopping mall, bedroom was truly grotty, stunk of cigars (we asked for non-smoking room) so got the maid to change the sofabed bedding for our daughter. windows wont open due to aircon,very stuffy. Rubys Inn, A jewel in the Canyons!!!

Advantages: Clean, courteous, good food, great location, easy access
Disadvantages: all the one night coach stop over people

We recently had the pleasure of staying 5 nights at Rubys during a road trip that my husband and I starting from Las Vegas. Our trip started at LV, took in tthe Grand Canyon, then onto Lake Powell, then to Bryce Canyon and finally back to Las Vegas. We chose to spend 5 nights at Rubys because of the scenery, the things to do and just to explore somewhere that little bit different. Location - Well its absolutely stunning!
