...of signs advertising complexes nearing completion that were being marketed at overseas visitors for investment in 2nd homes - from what I could make out the aim wasn't to get you to actually move there permanently, just to buy a place there and occupy it for a few weeks a year, while of course paying all the service charges on the place whether it was vacant or not. There are so many agencies offering help, I believe, because property buying here is not straightforward, and as overseas nationals you would actually have to set up a Bulgarian business first before you would be allowed to purchase property. So after all this, would I recommend the place? We had a fab week because all we wanted to do was indulge in the 'S's - sun, sea, sand and spa treatments - which is exactly what we did. ...is seen by someone else doing their business and it is not cleaned up by yourselves then it is likely that you will be asked to clean it up!! PRICES The prices at Gorton Sands Caravan Site have recently increased so not too sure what the current prices are. The prices are determined by whether you are in a caravan, tent etc, the number of people in the party, whether you have an awning, and whether you have more than one car etc. As a guide line the costs for a caravan, awning, three adults, one car is approx £10-£13 a night. FINAL COMMENT If you want a holiday, whether it be in a caravan or camping, and you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life, then the is a perfect location. Advantages: Very clean, excellent service & lovely weather
Disadvantages: Attracts a lot of kids, not excellent evening entertainment

...the wonderful landscape of flowers and trees and freshly cut grass for about 2 minutes and you are faced with a small gap in a fence, which you walk through to the beach. You walk past a couple of women braiding people's hair and a couple of men trying to sell excursions. You can then pick up a sun bed usually fine to get one until about 11am and find your perfect spot. The beach is never too crowded it is a private part but is not cordoned off and it just joins with all the other hotels private parts you are free to walk up and down the beach but you obviously you cant use the sun beds from other hotels. The sand is not quite white but is quite clean and very hot! The sea is blue and when the sea and beach have been cleaned properly the sea is clear and you can see lots of little fishes and jelly fish swimming around. The beach was great the only...
