Advantages: Reasonably priced, well appointed hotel. Convenient Location

Advantages: Clean, Good food, reasonable rates, decent facilities, great location

Standards, At What Price
Advantages: The Holiday Inn, Middlesbrough is pet friendly and has friendly staff generally and the breakfast is good
Disadvantages: standards are deceptive with several different tariffs that are not made explicit while rooms are down graded to match the price paid

Good, easy place to sleep.
Advantages: Friendly staff, non-intrusive, comfortable.
Disadvantages: No Frills!!
I have been to the Express Inn, Stoke-on-Trent a number of times now. I went a first time with a large group of friends and we continue to go back.
