A Room with a Loo
Advantages: Close to the town, good cooked breakfast, all ensuite, comforable beds and ample tea/coffee Disadvantages: noise levels at times at the front of the hotel only.
...I then came across Emsley Guest House and thought it looked lovely on the photos; I also liked the fact it had its own website and a phone number supplied so I could ask questions as I do have some needs that will have to be considered when it comes to my mobility. I rang up the hotel to find that they were fully booked for the weekend, but could offer us two nights for Thursday and Friday at £70.00 for the room per night. I mentioned that I had ... ...house no is 4.

How a B&B should be
Advantages: Well priced, central location to town centre, nice owners Disadvantages: Only a couple of rooms with disabled access
I stayed at Greystones last summer. Im from the area but moved away a long time ago, and had come down to visit relatives.
The building is a large georgian stone townhouse hence its name. My experience
I rang and booked our room although you can also book on the internet now. I spoke with the owner and they were polite and encouraging while they took my booking. Some places dont make you feel like they are that bothered you are booking with them ... ...wanted them.

A Cosy Place To Rest My Head
Advantages: good price, nice place Disadvantages: -
...location, I opted for the Stafford Hotel on City Road as it seemed to be in a quite central location and I wanted something more traditional than the typical Premier Inn or Travelodge. I arrived in Chester as I decided to leave the car behind and travel by rail. I have visited a few times before but normally by car so am not good with the street name around there. When outside the train station, I decided to just get a taxi to the train station as ... ...think I was joking as literally looking up the street he pointed to a sign and that was my hotel, so laughing away I realised I should have researched how far from the station it was and decided to drag my case up the road as it was a very short walk. On arrival, we had to fill out a registration form and then pay for the hotel cash up front. I was quoted the wrong price which caused a bit of a dilemma at first but she settled and gave it to the ...

...searches came up with the Crompton in Lampton Road, Hounslow.
