An independant 3 star family business, the only in Great Yarmouth, even though I live in Great Yarmouth, and I have stayed here once, due to a night out. It was very comfort and the staff were very pleasant. Good service but with language problems.

Disadvantages: Polish workers

Me and my partner stayed here in April and found the room and the hotel to be very comfortable. It is definitely a 3 star hotel, I wouldn't rate it any higher. We found the reception service extremely fast and efficient, mainly due to us being the only one's checking in at the time. Not As Expected

Advantages: Near to beach which was beautiful
Disadvantages: Nowhere to park near by, little in the way of extras

The Hamilton Hotel

Advantages: Good location, nice, friendly, family run hotel
Disadvantages: None to speak of

...from 19/10/07 - 21/10/07 at the Hamilton to celebrate our 23rd wedding anniversary and both enjoyed our stay finding the staff always to be friendly, helpful and most of all approachable. Review of The Hamilton Hotel, Great Yarmouth

Marlborough Guest House - one of the best

Advantages: Very close to sea front, value for money, lovely couple, nice little extras
Disadvantages: Room very small

We had 3 days in the Marlborough in October. It wasn't expensive, we paid £80 for a double room with shared bathroom /toilet for 3 nights. There were ensuite rooms but not on the dates we wished to stay. The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean. We had a TV in the room and a selection of free DVDs. There were towels, a range of toiletries, a box of tissues, fresh fruit in a fruit bowl every morning as well as the usual tea/coffee and biscuits. ...
