Advantages: Friendly students and females Disadvantages: Due to it being in central london, busy during peak times.
A final year student at the University of Westminster. I believe i have chosen a great university to spend my time, money and educational opportunity with a fantastic educational organisation. The university has a great teaching system, with easy to talk to staff members who are always willing to help.
I have encountered many polite staff members, who constantly want to help the students, whilst during seminars and teaching times but also after. This makes me as a student feel very valued and i am sure others would agree.
A downside, is that beause there are hundreds of students, it is difficult to form close relationships with all teaching staff members and therefore can be quite difficult to arrange times where you are able to get one to one help, But this would be the same for any university.
Overal a great university to choose. ...

Advantages: location Disadvantages: quality of teaching, University ranking, staff, culture
cases. This includes teachers who use their tutorial time on giving their thoughts on lifetime experiences across different disciplines -> mostly complaints in variety of forms.
On one hand you get someone who stuck at Westminster for 10+ years and has some great communications skills with students, but with out of date knowledge. On the other young tutors who cannot put relevant models together and make this great teaching work.
Sometimes it is fully understandable why tutors have this attitude, many students attitude is awful, but this is where Westminster is going, this is their target market.
So if you really want to gain some business qualifications ... check the Guardian ranking and look above WestminsterUniversity. If you are international student and planning to stay in London for 6 months go ahead with Westminster ...
