The hotel is located just five minutes walk from St. Mark's Square. so a brilliant location only problem is finding it the first time as the directions to the hotel given by the hotel seem very complicated and not easy to follow. A quiet little gem, easy to find.

Advantages: Quiet area handy for trips to the Islands.
Disadvantages: Steep stairs to room 6.

Bargain Bragadin in Venice

Advantages: Well located and an excellent price
Disadvantages: Very hard to find and lack of facilities

We've been enjoying taking advantage of some very cheap budget flights recently and my girlfriend found us a couple of cheap seats to Venice (okay, Treviso, but it's only a bus ride away!) Nice and relaxing outside Venice

Advantages: close to the beach
Disadvantages: a bit hard to find

General We went to Venice to be romantic. And this hotel was perfect for us even though we had hard time finding it. It is close to the beach, relaxing, quiet and there were hardly any guests apart from us. And I liked the fact it was a bit out of town. The breakfast was great and the hotel is situated beautifully with its own big garden and closeness to the beach. I do recommend this place if you want to take part in both beach and city. ...
