...brief, this was a lovely hotel to stay at- in the heart of Vienna and close to all public transport links. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was next to the only gothic inspired cathedral in Vienna and the view was amazing. The Wombats Hostel chain is among the best in the business and The Lounge does not disappoint. Of the two Wombat Hostels in Vienna, The Lounge is marginally the better of the two, for location if nothing else. However, both are close to the Westbahnhof and local transport hubs.
