Villa Country House Hotel, Preston

Advantages: Friendly staff, clean
Disadvantages: Pricey, can have a few problems

My partner, daughter and I stayed at this hotel a couple of times when we go and visit the family up there. From the outside the hotel looked beautiful and clean and looked really big, as soon as i stepped in the doors i was weary but the staff are all nice and always had a smile on their faces. ...with all your traditional food, the waiters and waitresses all know what they are doing and don't mess around, there was one complaint on the next table about a steak wasn't cooked right and the waiter offered to change it straight away, The waiter then came back out and said the steak was all from the same bit lot and it will taken off the menu straight away ad was offered something else.
