Best Hotel In Paris

Advantages: planty
Disadvantages: expensive

One of THE best places to be in paris. we (my wife & baby) were there last year and it was the nicest expirience in paris. its not a cheap hotel (it was about £180 a room a night) because you can find places (even in the best spot) for about £60 a room per night but we loved every moment there. its situated right in the middle of paris, close to loads of parking garages (undergrund parking places- about £15 for 24 hours) above a pub (where they speak good english and the service is great) and lots of other pubs and restaurants in the area as well as news agents, pharmacys, and one big shopping mall (packed full of people all the way to the last closing minutes). the place lookes like a motel (not many rooms, something like 24) which gives it the feeling you hired the place for yourself (well the price lets you feel that as well ...

Port Royale: Pirates or what?

Advantages: Great, interesting gameplay, never the same game twice
Disadvantages: can be rather difficult and hard to play

have better speed and manuverability whith which to further batter it The game has a basic story which has a young man going off to seek vengence on a bunch of pirates who killed his mother and captured his sister...ok so the storyline isn't that great... but it gives an incentive to increase in rank so you can manage more ships and you get harder missions (the rewards also increase as due compensation) For example at the beginning you may be asked ot just move a few settlers about.. then you may be asked to capture colonies for the good of the cuntry you serve. To capture a colony you have two options, you either get lots of soldiers to and take them to the colony you wish to capture and they fight the troops stationed to protect the colony.. or you fight a naval battle by which you have to destroy all the cannon protecting the port ...

Review of Port Royale (PC)

Hotel La Villa Des Artistes, Paris

Advantages: Very close to restaurants and bars in Montparnasse area and very quiet situation so you get a good nights sleep
Disadvantages: None

We arrived at Gare du Nord, Paris during the afternoon of March 26th 2006 and took the No. 4 metro line towards the Vavin stop. This hotel is part of the Best Western Group and is about a five minute walk from the metro and is situated in a side street. We asked for a non smoking room and got a non smoking room. Our twin room was on the fifth floor, accessed by a small lift. It wasn't very big but as we were only staying for a couple of nights it didn't matter too much. There was a small table next to my bed and there wasn't much room between it and the bathroom door which opened out into the room. We had a television and a mini bar although we didn't use it because the drinks were too expensive. The bathroom was clean and modern, but the shower head took a little time to get used to. We had lovely fluffy white towels ...
