The village hotel & leisure club in Wirral Have recently joined here and at £32 per month, each, we feel we have a bargain. They even waved the joining fee, normally £70. We joined, my wife and I, on the ?Flexi? promotion. This is where you are only tied in for 3 months as opposed to the ?Full? 12 month tie in. Extras given include £15 to spend in their restaurants, 10% discounts in the bars and coffee shop and 2 free vouchers for friends/family. The vouchers entitle the user to a free week in the gym, pool etc worth £70. If you recommend someone and they join you also get £50 of a nights stay in the hotel. Relax And Take In The Scenery At The Village

Advantages: Lovely scenery, comfortable beds, nice leisure facilities
Disadvantages: Pool not very family friendly with children only allowed certain times

't like was that we asked one of the workers what time we had to get out because of our daughter and he said 2 0 clock. Then at 12 0 clock we were told that we had to get out because children swimming times were over. We were not very happy because it felt like we were being thrown out. I think they had too many adult swim times and could have changed this to once a day. The Health & Fitness Club has all the facilities needed to relax and unwind, including 25m heated indoor pool, Sauna, Steam room, Whirlpool spa, Jacuzzi and Sun showers There is also a fully equipped gym, Toning tables, squash courts and Spinning Studio. RESTAURANT The service in the restaurant was not particularly fast although we were in no particular rush which was good. Not impressed!

Advantages: Cheap
Disadvantages: Hygiene, food and skiing back to the hotel

I stayed at this hotel when on a school ski holiday and I was very unimpressed. The quality of the rooms and food was very low. However I must admit I do believe you get what you pay for seeing as it was quite cheap I couldn?t expect a lot anyways. But no matter how cheap a hotel it should always be very hygienic and clean. This was not the case for club hotel piolet. I was very disgusted to find a large pool of water collecting around my feet in the bath whilst taking a shower. I presumed that the drain must be blocked so I came out the shower and told my friends who then brought this to attention of a member of staff. The staff member came in stuck his fingers down the plug hole and reeled out a huge ball of hair and dirt. I was absolutely mortified; he continued to delve his finger in for about 5 minutes pulling out heaps off filth ...
