Shame the choice of routes is not so good, but I'd take them in preference to BA any day.
I have flown with them to Hong Kong (economy upgraded to upper class) and from Washington (Dulles) also economy.
It s tough to keep passengers happy in the airline business, but Virgin tries harder than pretty well any airline I know, and mostly they succeed.
The travel packs are good in both classes; the staff are not too uptight about what they can offer their passengers: there is some flexxibility there; the seat-back entertainment is a vast improvement on the old single screen affair and the leg room is pretty styandard for the business. The masseuse in upper class is just unbelievably good!
