Overall an excellent airline to fly with and therefore not many disadvantages. Can book online which is a great help and can also bag a good deal at the right time of the year and on the internet. The convenience of booking on the internet and checking availibility is great so you do not rely on anyone to look the flight times up for you especially if you are not entirely sure where and when you want to go. Leg Room was good, inflight entertainment was brilliant considering we were in economy class. Huge choice of what to watch and not enough time. Personal screen were brilliant. They also provide a virgin bag with ear plugs and tootbrushes wich is useful. The service was good, not as corteous as the asian airlines but adequate as long as you have no trouble. The flexibility without the penalty of a high price is also useful for example if you want to fly into one city and out of the other. very useful if you want to do a fly drive and not drive back and waste time and petrol. Punctuality was good. Food was brilliant for airline food. Overall excellent and good value for money.
