Flight with Virgin can be comparable with SingaporeAirlines. But its missing that oriental charm that Singapore Airlines have. Instead you have a loud and modern airline, it can be seen by the loud bright red uniform. The flight from Hong Kong to London was very goo with food to a high standard. It was a scheduled flight and there was not many people on out flight so we could spread out and take advantage. The only downfall on this flight was that the entertainment system broken down. I was given a 15% discount on the next flight with Virgin, but when we come to esquire about the discount it was only for business or first class. Even with the discount the fare to Hong Kong is a lot higher than the economy fare. Thumbs down there. The take away Virgin bag included goodies such as comb, toothbrush, toothpaste, pad, and virgin vouchers. This was a nice touch to the end of the flight. The crew was friendly and helpful and made the journey a enjoyable one. Virgin is a good airline and I do wish to try them again.
