I've flown with Virgin Express a number of times and I've got to say it ... this Brussels based low fares airline has got to be the best in the business. When they say low fares, they really mean low fares and, ok, so the in-flight service doesn't really come to much but I think a drink or two is all one really needs to get through a flight ! Well done to old Richard Branson even though he doesn't own the airline anymore (the Virgin Group still does) ! From check in to disembarking the whole process is made simple for even a first time flyer. Staff are relatively pleasant (compared to some of the leading world airlines) and they usually speak a whole array of european languages making the passengers feel confident that they can communicate with them. Nice new aircraft with leather interiors and clean toilets !! Brilliant.
