I flew with Virgin to the US earlier this year and I can quite honestly say they were the best airline I have ever flown with.It may have cost me a few extra pounds more than flying with an airline like EasyJet or Britannia but it is well worth it. The only thing that was similar to other airlines was the lack of leg space, but apart from that,Virgin was a cut above the rest.
Its just the little things like complementary drinks,your own tv screen in the back of the chair infornt of you with a range of movies and video games and the little flight bag you get with a toothbrush, headphones and stripey socks. Most airlines such as Monach charge for headphones and alike, but Virgin supply these little things for free just to make your journey that little bit easier. Also the staff were very friendly and helpfull and the flight was punctual. I wouldnt hesitate to fly with them again when I next go abroad. Well done Virgin Airlines! (I wish I could say the same about the trains!)
