I have flown with Virgin only once, it was excellent. The cabin staff were pleasant, and the food good. It was a treat to eat from china plates, using metal cutlery. Seating was adequate. The films were not available, as there was a fault, but the staff tried to correct it, and kept us all informed. When the problem could not be rectified, we were given a number to contact should we wish to complain. Time keeping was good. Overall, Virgin sets the standard by which other airlines should follow. However, experience with Continental was completely the opposite, I am sorry that Virgin is connected with them.
