We had decided to have a holiday, in orlando We telephoned Virgin Reservations and booked the holiday
A booking for two adults, giving our full names and geting travel insurance
An invoice from Virgin come within a couple of day later with us both on the invoice
we looked at the invoice and strange the money we had paid was too much and wrong so we got intouch with them and asked them to change it
we recieved another invoice stating that we were going from manchester on the wrong date at the wrong time and the wrong seating we couldnt believe it .
We contacted Virgin and received another invoice and this was all correct this time but for how long when we was flying within 3 weeks.
we got to the airport in plenty off time and got to our seats i was ok but i felt that something wasnt right with this holiday and all the money i had saved up and spent to go away .
finally got to the accomadation and ohh no yes had to pay for a fridge when it stated in the brochure it was inclued same as the safe but got our money back with that when we checked out from the hotel .
we are hoping to use virgin and hope every thing turns out bettter than this time i am hoping to choose the accomadtion on international drive this time.
