Poor all Richard Branson the man who had the midas touch till he got involved in the train buisness. Virgin trains must be a nightmare for the man but not as much as a nightmare for the traveller. I have used Virgin trains on several occasions travelling from Manchester to London. lucky I have been able to take advantage of some of the special offers unlike some. If you need to be in London for an important meeting in the mornings I'd recommend you went to The airport instead of the station as its alot cheaper. On all the journeys that I have taken with Virgin trains I have had some mishap eg the train mysteriously didnt arrive one time and they have never been on time delays being the norm. If i was you Richard sell up and let someone else try
