After Traveling around Australia for Months I have stayed in many hotels across the East Coast as you will discover in my Reviews. Personally, I believe that Vulcan 607'' has to rate as one of the finest pieces of writing in the field of military history. Part of Britain's history, the Vulcan flight to the Falkland Islands during the war with Argentina is truly epic. From the many problems inherent in flying aircraft near the end of their service life, through a flight that spanned thousands of miles, to the bombing of the airfield at Stanley, Rowland White paints a vivid picture of the events and the people involved that draws you on, to the point where you regret finishing the book. He carefully provides background to the events and his "backdrop scenes" are impressive indeed. Nor is it one sided. The book covers as much of the Argentinian view as he was able to obtain, making for a full, rich reading experience. Full of drama from the first, Vulcan 607 ...
Advantages: You can see the most amazing view of the harbour. Disadvantages: it is a bit pricey, but it's absolutely worth it!

We couldn't be more wrong, when we arrived at the airport we got a car to the hotel, and I had never seen a better hotel location in ma life, it was exactly like the picture, maybe even better because I was really there, I got so excited, and Sydney has to be the best place for a holiday!
I've still kept the brochure to this day, so I can tell you alot about it:

- it has a great little restaurant, which you can get the best food!
- it has a very nice little coffee shop
- 24 hour room service
- gift shops
- cable/ satelite, minifridges, full kitchens in some rooms, phones (can make international calls) and many more!
- spa, indoor pool, solarium, health club, sauna, massage rooms, jogging, tennis, squash, beach, sailing, water ...
