Advantages: comfortable, pilot staff, good food Disadvantages: on short flights no entertainment as far as i can see is provided, can be a bit expensive
i personally found traveling with british airways from london to madrid, which i am basing this review on, an enjoyable experience. the staff where polite and seats were leather and were perfectly comefertable seat space was on par with the majority of other airlines. i highly recomend trying to sit next to the emergancy exits as you get a lot more leg room. the food on this short flight was surprisingly good quality, as i was flying at lunch they gave us simple plain but good quality healthy sandwiches. Far better then what i was previously used to of the horrible cooked meals.
i also quite liked how the pilots would often update us. My only real complaint with british airways is that no form of entertainment seems to be provided on the shorter flights, which can make it at times a little dull. Though this i am sure is not that ...
Flight from London to Bankok return with a change over in Mumbai. Jet airways seem to have a new fleet of aircraft, all aircraft are clean and well equipped, check in is effortless and customer service at the airport is fantastic. TV in seat with large choice of movies and some games with the usual cheap headphones and two prong plug Tip:(bring an adapter and use your own headphones) One strange thing though, no drinks round. A free drink was available but only at the time of the meal. Two and a half hours into the flight when you receive a drink of your choice (Wine for me) a bottle of water and a cup of tea all within 20 mins of each other and then no more drinks trolly for the rest of the flight. (over 9 hours) drinks are also served in cups, no small cans and no little bottles of wine so you cant stash one for later. Tip. If you use ...

Advantages: On time, not bad for a holiday airline Disadvantages: Poor food, cramped
Britannia Airways are one of the biggest package holiday airlines in Britain and most of their passengers are customers of Thomson Holidays. We go Thomson most years when off on our summer hols so I?ve used Britannia a several times now.
I?ll be honest from the start, Britannia are not a patch on British Airways. But it is unfair to compare the two airlines as Britannia operate on a much tighter budget than British Airways. If you compare the amount of money you pay for a seat on British Airways and the amount Thomson pay for your seat on Britannia I am sure there will be a big difference. So Britannia are a package holiday airline have tight budgets and as well as flying you to your destination they are expected to provide entertainment, decent food and overall give you a pleasant flight.
What would you prefer ? pay an extra £250 ...
