I found I was using the reviews of others lots when deciding on buying new products. So I thought I would repay the favour and provide my opinions on products too.

Wagamama is located just outside the Eldon Shopping Cenre, and is well signposted inside the centre so its easy to find. Please note there are stairs going up into the restaurant.
The staff were friendly and polite, but obviously very busy. I could see someone was been trained whilst I was there, which was good to see the staff are not just thrown in at the deep end. When our food order was given it was stated that the food may not come out together, which alarmed me. It seemed normal in this place for food not to arive at the same time. I have to say our food all came together so there was no issue. Bit I did notice the table of 3 next to me had to wait a while for the last meal to arrive, the other two friends were more than half way through their main course when the last friends food arrived.
Now the food, its best food I have tasted in one of these types of restaurants in a long time. Its all cooked fresh and you can se the chiefs working in the kitchen behind the glass screen. Believe me its not just noodles. I ordered the 'yasai yaki soba', (teppan-fried wholewheat noodles with egg, butternut squash, white and spring onions, garlic, mushrooms, green and red peppers and beansprouts. garnished with mixed sesame seeds, fried shallots, pickled ginger and coriander vinegar). Now you couldn't pick out the individual ingrediants but the mixture together was fantastic. The taste, texture and amount was fantastic. All at a very good price.
Mine was a noodle based dish, there are also soups (which loked like a meal in itself), rice dishes, salads, and an array of starters. The menus are available on the website www.wagamama.com if you would like to look before you visit a restaurant - which they seem to have all over the world.
My only problem is the seating arrangements. You are seated at a table with your friends but any empty seats can be later filled with strangers. I know this seems to be the new trendy way to dine but I like a table to myself and friends. The idea of dining with a friend gives you the chance to eat and talk alone, its weird having a stranger sat next to you at your table!

Not sure I would like my spare seats at my table filled then again a good way to make new friends I suppose. Good to see the food was up to scratch though and I do like Restaurants where you can see the chefs at work. Fionaxx
