Advantages: fantastic 4* hotel Disadvantages: don't go there in the week that they close!
We have just returned from our honeymoon in Cyprus. We stayed at the Capo BayHotel, which stands on the Fig Tree Bay in the resort of Protaras. It is one hours drive from Larnaca Airport.
(I will reveiw Protaras as a resort separately. This review is solely on the Capo BayHotel).
The hotel was fantastic. It is 4star hotel and the service and facilities are great. The Capo Bayhotel has 225 rooms
over 4 floors and was built in 1985. It offers a gymnasium with massage and jacuzzi, tennis, scuba diving, pool, 2 swimming pools (1 heated) and 4 different restaurants to eat in, including 1 beside the pool.

The check in to the hotel was quick, even though there was only one receptionist there. We quickly found our room on the bottom floor of the hotel, just a little way down the corridor. What we thought was the bottom floor was actually not though, as we found out, you had to go downstairs to get to the pool and the other facilities.
Room: The rooms were lovely and spacious, with two big beds and large bathroom. In the bedroom there was a kettle, and everything else for making tea. The milk, coffee, sugar and teabags were ...
