Waterworld Waterpark is the largest waterpark in Europe.

Theme: Greek Mythology

Location: Ayia Napa, Cyprus
Whether you staying in Ayia Napa (5 minutes by car), Protaras (20 minutes by car) or even Larnaca (30-35 minutes by car) the waterpark is within easy reach.

Opening Times: Monday-Sunday 10.00am-6.00pm
The park is usually open between May and October depending on weather .

Prices: CYP£6.00-£10.00 for children and about CYP£10.00 and £20.00 for adults
Prices depend on where you get your tickets from. They will be more expensive if you book. Usually during the summer the Cyprus magazine Tileores (you can pick this up at your local kiosk in Cyprus has vouchers for money or Buy one get one free, you should ask the retailer before you buy it though. The magazine is about CYP£1.50).

Facilities: Lots of lifeguards, sunbeds and lockers
The waterpark employs around 150 staff each season and all pools are well manned leaving your children in good hands and you to relax by the pool. No need to worry about whether you'll get a lounger and umbrella, as long as you're there fairly early you'll find plenty available. The park also has plenty of lockers for you to rent (with free photo) to keep your valuables in.

Other Facilities: First aid (Manned by fully qualified first aides), massage Area ( with qualified personnel, lost and found, Showers, W.C, Changing Rooms, free parking and Souvenir photos on the rides.

Food and Drink: Quite Pricey

Dionysos Temple (Self Service Restaurant): Tasty Dishes from pastry's, salads and gourmet dishes to local mousakka and greek deserts.

Homer's Burger place (Fast Food Restaurant): Full Burger Menu with a choice of Hamburgers and french fries and even a Poseidon triple burger.

Minotaur's Pizza: Variety of Pizzas and salads

Ice Cream Palour: Tasty Ice Creams to indulge

Creperie: Brilliant pancaked with different toppings even if it isn't Shrove Tuesday.

Siren's Fish and Chips: Traditional British Fish and Chips

Attractions:

WaterWorld has something for everyone, for toddlers and small children there is the "Trojan Adventure" with their very own giant Trojan Horse, which is a play structure with multi-level platforms, slides, water guns and on top a huge tipping bucket which can soak the entire family in seconds!
For the adventurous thrillseekers WaterWorld offers its most innovative ride - the "Fall of Icarus", a world first which shoots you and a friend up towards the sun before you hurtle back down to earth over humps and bumps then splash into the pool below.
For the less adventurous there are a variety of gentle slides and rides including the "River Odyssey", a great place to relax and take it easy whilst taking in some of the scenery as you gently float around in a rubber ring.

In my opinion this is a great day out for all the family. We go to Cyprus every year and we try to visit it at least once. It definitely you gives you a break from the beach.

A good overview. When you have a green dot you'll be able to add some photos to your review, as well.
