Thanks for looking at my reviews. Please don't leave opinions to my OLD reviews saying it's old, out of date and crap...which they are. Just use your common sense and look at the date it was written; it's annoying when people point out the obvious.

Well recently (last few years, that is) they have refurbished most of their trains. That means nicer chiars, carpet, windows, and automatic doors. It is much improved from what it looked like a few years ago. It looks nice from the inside, but there is not much different from the outside. The trains aren't actually that late, and most the time they are punctual. I usually travel from Cambridge to London Kings X. It's quite fast and sometimes, you get refreshments served too! Not a bad service, but could be improved. Not too expensive either, but again the price can be improved.

There needs to be information about the service. I use WAGN six days a week from Ely to Cambridge and I much prefer both Anglia's and Central trains. The problem is that whilst the doors may be automatic the seats are uncomfortable if you travel near peak time there are not enough carriages and if some of their conductors actually smiled I think they would crack their faces. Also there punctuality is not great. They don't realise it is just as annoying to run five minutes late every day as it is to run ontime and then every couple of months have a slightly larger delay.

What is the frequency of the service? What time does it run until, are the staff helpfull, is there actually any staff? Ticket prices, etc.
