The idea is great, but the company really needs to learn some basic customer service principles - for a start when you try to call their hotline during the night, or at weekends, there will usually be nobody available and will send you straight to answermachine - not very helpful when you have an emergency!! Dont even think about forgetting something in the car when you have done with your booking - you will need to book the car for another extra ... ...unless you want to wait for the next customers to open the vehicle. Finally, once I contacted them for some explanations on an email they had sent me and was basically told I was stupid as the email was self-explanatory and, frankly, the operator did not know what else he could add to what the email was already saying!!! Rude or what? ...
