Wizz Air. Having recently arrived back in the UK on one of many Wizz Air flights I have taken this year I thought it was about time that I give them a review to compliment the high standard of service I have always received from them. Introduction I have used this air plane a number of times in booking flights and travelling to Prague from London Luton airport and have been generally pleased with the service throughout the buying process. The aircraft are generally Airbus planes and the company flies to many European destinations. What makes this company stand out are its cheap fares which are very reasonable and affordable indeed. As many will know, I am not very comfortable with flying at all. I am scared to death, always feel claustrophobic on any plane, and further more I am really fussy on what airline I choose. Normally I take the cowards way out and use a boat to get to my destinations, but as you will know this is a lot more time consuming and not very convenient, so I just have to grit my teeth when it comes to flying if I want to go and visit the lovely parts of the world out there. I used Wizz Air for a business trip from Luton airport to Katowice airport. Overall, I was impressed by the service from a low cost airline. Probably knowing that it was low-cost also helped to manage my expectations. Check in at both Luton and Katowice was relatively easy. Yes, there were queues, but i don't know of any airline that doesn't have queues these days. The check in staff were friendly and helpful. Crowd control at the departure gate seemed non-existant.
