Advantages: Value for money Disadvantages: Not the best quality
I recommended this bat to a brother of mine, a beginner, with not much experience of the game.
I recommened this bat because of its value for money, as a junior or beginner, you don't want to be paying too much money for a bat, as it is all about fun, and not being too serious.
As for the bat itself, you get what you pay for, you know when you pay around £20 your not going to get the best bat ever, but for a junior or beginner to the game it would be excellent due to its durability and weight.
The bat my brother bought still exists now, well worn but he still uses it to this day, around a year or two ago when he bought it, he likes it and hes picky!
In review i recommend this bat to all it fits, and i hope this has helped you all in the search of a new cricket bat.

Advantages: Good for power hitting, value for money Disadvantages: Not so good for 'touch' players
A few years back, Woodworm were THE cricket supplier. Providing gear to the likes of Andrew Flintoff and Kevin Pietersen, their stuff was in demand from every youngster taking up the game.
However, it soon became clear that the company may have bitten off a little more than they could chew with their costly sponsorships outstripping profits. As a result, it is now possible to pick up a number of bats at very reasonable prices. I plumped for the Gold (they have Bronze, Silver and Gold available, which vary in line with the grade of willow used to make the bat, with Gold being Grade 1 English Willow) Mega Bite, which used to be Freddie Flintoff's choice of bat.
This bat comes ...

While awaiting inspiration for a new review, I remembered that this one was overdue for an update. Although I rewrote it a year or so ago for Dooyoo, to include selected items from handbag reviews posted over there, I never got round to revising the Ciao version. So here it is. All the articles mentioned appeared in reviews by women on one site or the other.

What have I in my handbag?
I mustn't tell you lies;
In truth the only bags I own
Are those beneath my eyes.
You don't need special insight,
No expertise in rockets,
To guess that, being just a man,
I keep stuff in my pockets.
But if I now said: "Nothing!
So there, and that?s your lot!"
You might not feel satisfied
And rate this Helpful ? Not.

In any case, the subject
Has made me realise how
Much women carry in their bags ...
