As with many holiday makers in the UK, I visited Thailand on my trip to East Asia. During my Thailand visit, I stopped at Phuket. This is a famous spot for tourists who like the exotic cities with delicious food. From Phuket, you can also go to see some other stunning places within a stone's throw like Bangkok and other South East Asian cities.

Both hotels were on a bed and breakfast basis.
Our hotel in Phuket was truly amazing: A large, low-rise complex, that had everything you could imagine.
Firstly it had a magnificent beachfront setting, which was lovely in the evenings, just watching the sun go down from our balcony was heaven. The beach itself was very clean, tidy and private, with sun loungers available. I stayed at the Evason Phuketresort and spa hotel as part of my work trip to Thailand. I remember before arriving being really excited I was going to this hotel because it is classed as one of the luxury hotels in Phuket and is very well known. I was hoping it would live up to my expectations and so I will share my views on this hotel to give you an idea of what to expect if thinking of staying here.

The Evason is located away from the main tourist trap of Karon Beach and Patong and so the location is ideal for those honeymoon couples who want to really get away from it all.
